1. Our commitment

CalledIt has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The safety of minors is a top priority. This document sets out the standards we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.

CalledIt is operated by Chang Chiew Seng ("we", "us"). CalledIt is a social prediction application. It is not intended for, or directed to, children, and any sexualisation of minors is strictly forbidden.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to create an account or use CalledIt. We do not knowingly allow children under this age to use the service. If we learn that an underage user has registered, we will remove the account.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, or links.
• Sexualisation of minors, including sexual commentary, solicitation, or roleplay involving anyone under 18.
• Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
• Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE content.
• Any other content or behaviour that endangers a child.

4. How users report concerns (in-app)

Every user can report content or accounts directly inside the app:

• Tap the report option on any post, comment, message, profile, or group to flag it for review.
• Block any user to immediately stop contact.
• Our automated content filter also screens posts and messages for prohibited terms.
